Terms of Service
Agreement to terms
Operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, within the broader GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem.
By using EmailSign.Design, the email signature builder, templates, exports, APIs, account features, dashboards, prototypes, or related services, you agree to use them lawfully, responsibly, and only for authorized purposes. Additional written agreements may control paid services, client work, regulated workflows, or custom deployments.
Accounts, services, and availability
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, device security, workspace activity, signature exports, and actions taken through your account.
Service changes
Features, templates, analytics, exports, beta tools, prototypes, and dashboards may change, be improved, be withdrawn, or require additional review before production use.
Availability
Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security work, outages, dependency failures, or operational changes.
Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, refunds, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and service levels are governed by the applicable checkout flow, invoice, order, or written agreement.
Intellectual property and user content
You retain rights to submitted signature content, logos, brand assets, project files, uploaded materials, and client data, subject to the permissions needed to operate the requested service. EmailSign.Design, AUDIA materials, software, design systems, documentation, templates, workflows, and brand assets remain owned by Audia Systems LLC or their respective licensors.
Acceptable use
- Do not use services for illegal conduct, fraud, harassment, abuse, spam, phishing, deceptive activity, rights violations, or harmful content.
- Do not upload malware, coordinate credential theft, bypass access controls, scrape, overload, exploit, or test systems without written authorization.
- Do not create signatures or links that impersonate others, mislead recipients, violate laws, infringe rights, or support unsolicited bulk communication.
- Do not submit regulated data, PHI, credentials, secrets, or highly sensitive personal information unless an approved written workflow is in place.
Disclaimers, liability, and termination
Services are provided with practical care, but public website information, beta tools, prototypes, generated reports, analytics, templates, and operational suggestions are provided as available unless a written contract says otherwise. Email client rendering behavior in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile clients, and other environments is outside full control of EmailSign.Design.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Audia Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment where applicable, security risk, legal compliance, or violation of these terms or an applicable agreement.
Additional governing-law, venue, notice, dispute, or professional-service terms may be set in a signed agreement, service order, invoice, or checkout terms.
